Once an application is submitted a message appears stating "Your profile has been received". This message indicates that your application is in our system.

Several factors may play into delay of notification. Sometimes we have multiple openings for single position and your profile may be under consideration for another opening. It might also be that the position is filled but we have not yet completed the hiring process with the selected applicant. It is our goal to communicate to our applicants once a position has been filled and a select candidate has begun employment with STCS. We apologize if your notification is delayed.

Candidates that best meet the position requirements will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule an additional screening round. Each posting receives many applications. Times to fill an opening range from 15 days to 45 days depending on the complexity of the position. We always work for filling the positions as quickly and accurately as possible as we can.

  • 1) Search for Jobs - We list all of our vacancies on our website’s careers pages. You can find all there on apply for job page.
  • 2) Register with our recruitment system - The STCS recruitment system allows you to build your own career profile and upload your resume easily. You can sign up to receive emails about new roles that match your criteria. STCS recruiters can search the system for candidates who match vacancies and then contact them directly.
  • 3) Apply for jobs - You can search by field and view jobs that match your candidate profile. Depending on the role you applied for, you may be asked to complete a brief online assessment. Once you’ve applied for an opening, we always send you an email acknowledging that we’ve received your application.
  • 4) Telephone interview – Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and, if successful, arrange a time to call you for an initial conversation about your application and to answer any questions you have about the vacancy.
  • 5) Face to face interview - The next stage involves interviews with the line manager and members of the team you’ve applied to join. We'll invite you to come into our offices for face to face round.
  • 6) Offer – We’ll give you call to let you know the good news – then we’ll send you an offer in writing explaining everything and suggesting a date you join us. We may also need to do some final verification checks – then we’re all set
